We ship almost anywhere in the world – everywhere except the United States, due to the new import tariffs.

Please note that orders abroad might be held by your local customs and you may have to pay an additional fee. This is different per country.

Age verification

Moersleutel Craft Brewery sells alcoholic beverages exclusively to customers aged 18 years or older. To comply with Dutch alcohol legislation (Alcoholwet), we use the following age verification procedure for all webshop orders:

1. Age verification on our website (when entering the site and before placing an order)

2. Age verification upon delivery

3. Age verification for brewery pick-up (our staff may ask for valid identification before handing over the order)

Delivery policy

To comply with Dutch alcohol legislation (Alcoholwet), every alcohol delivery requires an age check:

Packages cannot be left unattended at the delivery address.
Packages may not be delivered without confirming the recipient’s age.
If the delivery driver is unable to complete the age verification, a new delivery attempt or collection point procedure may apply, depending on the carrier.If your package has been left unattended without an age check, please contact us at [email protected].

Pick-Ups

If you would like to pick up your order, that can be done at the brewery, the day after you placed your order (on weekdays). All orders containing alcoholic beverages are subject to mandatory age verification upon delivery or collection.

Returns

We almost can’t believe it, but if you’re not fully satisfied with your order, or if there’s something wrong, you can return it. Please contact us at [email protected] before you do so we help you out.

Return conditions

We accept returns that are within the following conditions:

- The item(s) are returned within 14 days after the package was received.
- The item(s) are in the same condition as you received them.
- The item(s) are not worn, washed or used.

Shipping costs for returned packages are not covered.
