The following terms and conditions govern the use of Moersleutel Craft Brewery’s subscription services. By subscribing to any Moersleutel Craft Brewery product, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
Subscription Service
Moersleutel Craft Brewery offers a subscription service for certain products. By subscribing, you will receive regular shipments of the selected products at the chosen or fixed frequency, until you cancel or pause your subscription.
Payment
Payment for the subscription will be charged to the selected payment method at the time of the first shipment, and then at the selected frequency for subsequent shipments. Moersleutel Craft Brewery reserves the right to change the subscription prices at any time, with prior notice to the subscribers.
Delivery and Shipping
Subscription products will be shipped to the address provided at the time of subscription. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Moersleutel Craft Brewery is not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be incurred on international shipments. The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer upon delivery.
Cancellation
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by logging into your account and canceling the subscription. Cancellation requests must be received at least seven days before the next scheduled shipment date to avoid being charged for that shipment. Once a shipment has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Changes to Subscription
Changes to subscription details, such as the pausing of a subscription or the shipping address, can be made at any time by logging into your account and updating your subscription settings. Changes made after the next scheduled shipment date may not take effect until the following shipment.
Pausing Subscription
If you need to pause your subscription temporarily, you can do so by logging into your account and selecting the pause option. Pausing your subscription will temporarily suspend shipments, and you will not be charged during this period. You can reactivate your subscription at any time by logging into your account and selecting the reactivate option.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Moersleutel Craft Brewery website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Moersleutel Craft Brewery and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use or reproduce any of this content without the express written permission of Moersleutel Craft Brewery.
Limitation of Liability
Moersleutel Craft Brewery is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of the subscription service or products sold through the subscription service.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
Conclusion
By subscribing to any Moersleutel Craft Brewery product, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. Moersleutel Craft Brewery reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
Definitions
a. “Moersleutel”: refers to Brouwerij De Moersleutel, located at (address).
b. “Subscriber”: refers to an individual who has subscribed to the beer subscription service offered by Moersleutel, known as The Guild.
c. “The Guild Beer Subscription”: refers to the subscription service provided by Moersleutel where subscribers receive regular shipments of Moersleutel beers.
Subscription
a. By subscribing to The Guild Beer Subscription, the subscriber agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
b. The subscription is personal and non-transferable.
Payment
a. Subscribers agree to pay the subscription fee as stated on the Moersleutel website.
b. Payment shall be made on predetermined dates as indicated by Moersleutel.
Delivery
a. Moersleutel will make reasonable efforts to deliver the beers on time as indicated in the subscription.
b. Moersleutel is not liable for delays in delivery beyond its control.
Cancellation and Refunds
a. Subscribers are obliged to commit to 3 Guild boxes (approx. 6 months membership). After that they may cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for subscription fees already paid.
Responsibility
a. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to notify Moersleutel of any changes in contact information or delivery address.
b. Moersleutel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to the delivered products after delivery.
Changes
a. Moersleutel reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of such changes via the website or email.
Applicable Law
a. This agreement shall be governed by Dutch law.
b. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
