Subscription Terms

The following terms and conditions govern the use of Moersleutel Craft Brewery’s subscription services. By subscribing to any Moersleutel Craft Brewery product, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.  

Subscription Service 

Moersleutel Craft Brewery offers a subscription service for certain products. By subscribing, you will receive regular shipments of the selected products at the chosen or fixed frequency, until you cancel or pause your subscription. 

Payment 

Payment for the subscription will be charged to the selected payment method at the time of the first shipment, and then at the selected frequency for subsequent shipments. Moersleutel Craft Brewery reserves the right to change the subscription prices at any time, with prior notice to the subscribers.  

Delivery and Shipping 

Subscription products will be shipped to the shipping address provided at the time of subscription, until changed in the customer’s account. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.  
Moersleutel Craft Brewery is not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be incurred on international shipments. The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer upon delivery.

Changes to Subscription 

Please make sure to process changes to your subscription details, such as shipping address, before the 10th of the month. You can do this by logging into your account and updating your subscription settings. Changes made after the 10th of the scheduled shipment may not take effect until the following shipment.  

Pausing Subscription 

If you need to pause your subscription temporarily, you can do so by requesting a pause by contacting guild@moersleutel.com. Pausing requests must be received before the 10th of the month to pause straight away. Pausing your subscription will temporarily suspend shipments, and you will not be charged during this period. You can reactivate your subscription at any time by sending another email to guild@moersleutel.com requesting to reactivate your account.

Cancellation 

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by requesting a cancelation by contacting guild@moersleutel.com. Cancellation requests must be received before the 10th of the month to cancel straight away.  
If you unsubscribe after the 10th, payment may already in process, and you will still receive the first upcoming Box. Your cancelation will take action after completing the payment cycle for the Box you’ll receive. Once a shipment has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Intellectual Property 

All content on the Moersleutel Craft Brewery website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Moersleutel Craft Brewery and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use or reproduce any of this content without the express written permission of Moersleutel Craft Brewery. 

Limitation of Liability 

Moersleutel Craft Brewery is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of the subscription service or products sold through the subscription service. 
 

Governing Law 

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.  

Conclusion 

By subscribing to any Moersleutel Craft Brewery product, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. Moersleutel Craft Brewery reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of such changes via the website or email.
