Once you have placed your order, you get a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it). Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your “order history” section on your account page on the website.

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status “preparing for shipping”, “shipping” or “delivered”, then we cannot accept any edits to your order. To make changes to your order, please reach out to us through

Yes, you can get the same items at our store at Fluorietweg 12d in Alkmaar. You can also choose to pick up your webshop order there. We also sell a selected collections of bottled and canned beers at our taproom The Scrapyard at Pettemerstraat 15 in Alkmaar.

You can purchase on our website using a debit (like iDEAL) or credit card (Visa, Mastercard etc.). We additionally offer support for Paypal. You can choose these payment methods at checkout.

We ship worldwide. More info and prices see Shipping & Returns.

2-4 workdays within The Netherlands. Other countries see Shipping & Returns.

If you’re not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner (DHL) will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the country and delivery method you choose. You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.

We almost can’t believe it, but if you’re not fully satisfied with your order, or if there’s something wrong, you can return it. Please notify your return by sending an email to beforehand. We accept returns that are within the following conditions:
  • The item(s) are returned within 14 days after the package was received.
  • The item(s) are in the same condition as you received them.
  • The item(s) are not worn, washed or used.

Our shop is located at Fluorietweg 12D, 1812 RR Alkmaar, NL. We’re open on workdays from 9:00 till 17:00.

We have the following 3 payment plans:

Pay per month:
€ 45 + shipping costs 
Your payment will be collected at the end of each month.

Pay per 2 months: € 90 + shipping costs 
Your payment will be collected at the end of every two months.

Pay for the full year (and get 5% discount): € 501,60 + shipping costs 
Your payment will be collected at the start of your membership and the discount is calculated in the price. There is no discount on shipping costs. 

Guild Members that live in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany all enjoy free shipping. For other countries we need to ask a little bit of shipping costs to get the package to you. This will be charged on top of the regular membership fee. See the chart below for prices per region. The ‘per year’ shows pricing for 6 shipments.

We engineer 6 Guild boxes a year and send them out at the end of every even month. Our current shipment planning is:

  • End of February
  • End of April
  • End of June
  • End of August
  • End of October
  • End of December

When we start preparing the shipping labels and boxes, you will receive a notification from DHL with your track & trace code. It may take a while before your package starts moving, because there is some time between our handling and shipping of DHL.

If your waiting on your first Guild Box, please check the field below!

We ship six times a year. You will receive your first box in the month after your first payment cycle has been completed. We collect at the 26th of the month.

So for example:

When you register in July, you will receive Guild Box 14 at the end of August 2023.
When you sign in in August or September, you will receive Guild Box 15 at the end of October 2023.

Sometimes we’re able to make manual adjustments so you can receive the earliest Box too. Send us an email at and we’ll see if that’s still possible.
Please note you then will have to pay that Box in full (instead of having monthly payment options). After receiving that Box you will resume to your chosen payment cycle.

If you’ve had an account before, please create a new password.
We couldn’t import your existing password due to privacy. Simply click “forget password” and follow the steps provided.

If the system doesn’t recognize your emailaddress
 or if you’ve never had an webshop account before, simply register a webshop account here. This doesn’t have influence on your subscription.
Please make sure to use the same email address as used when signing in to the Guild.

All Guild members have access to exclusive news and products our our website. For instance new merchandise and Indulgences, these will be available as Guild exclusives for the first 24 hours before they come into our regular shop. Same goes for event tickets.

You can access the Guild member area by logging in to your account that’s connected to your Guild membership.

Navigate to the menu item that says ‘The Guild’ and find ‘Guild Member Area‘ underneath. Go there and you will discover our Guild Exclusive products and news. 

Our wild ales, which we release under the Zomerdijk Brewing & Blending brand, will not come in the regular Guild boxes because of the small batch sizes (approx. 900 bottles). They will become Guild exclusives and available with discount for Guild members in the first 24 hours of release. After that they will go into our regular shop for everyone to purchase.

Our Exclusive Guild beers in cans, like the Mystery Beers and EUREKA series, are first released into The Guild for Guild members to enjoy first. After release in The Guild the small quantity that is left will go into the Guild exclusives and available with discount for Guild members in the first 24 hours of release. If after that there is still stock left, we will sell the rest of it in our regular shop.

If you’ve recently opened a new bank account and need to update your payment information accordingly, you’ll need to rejoin The Guild. The following steps will guide you through the process:

  1. Reach out to our support team at to cancel your current membership.
  2. Inform us about your desire to update your bank details so that we can assist you accordingly.
  3. Complete the registration process for The Guild once again, providing your new bank information and selecting your preferred payment frequency.
  4. You’re all set and ready to proceed!
