To celebrate the birth of Ivo and Florien Zomerdijk, we’re launching three new Zomerdijk Brewing & Blending Wild Ales: Florien Wild Ale, Ivo Wild Ale, and the playful Vic Wild Ale. These are mixed-fermentation beers aged for 26 months in Bordeaux barrels. Wild-fermented beers are often naturally more acidic and are cherished by beer enthusiasts for their complexity and unique flavors.
