Welcome to our enchanting CYPMT (Could You Pass Me The) series, where this year we pay homage to iconic Dutch tools through the art of brewing.

Each brew of this ongoing series is a delightful exploration of flavors, as we combine traditional craftsmanship with innovative techniques.
In this ever-evolving collection, we present you with an array of captivating beers inspired by tools, with a new hop combination used for each brew

Take, for example, “Kaasschaaf,” a fruity double IPA crafted to honor the cherished lunchtime moments. Where the “Kaasschaaf” is often passed around the table. We’ve skillfully blended new hop varieties, such as Triumph and Eclipse, with a tropical yeast that promotes the release of enticing aromatics. With a touch of grapefruit and a sweet fruit profile, this beer is a true sensory delight.

Another gem within the CYPMT series is “Klompen,” a vibrant IPA paying homage to our iconic wooden shoes. Like the bright lemon yellow often adorning them, this beer bursts with citrus and tropical fruit flavors. We’ve carefully chosen a base of barley, wheat, and oats to create a velvety yet crisp body. The harmonious combination of Wai-iti hops during the brewing process lends a subtle lime note and a soft bitterness. A double dry-hop addition of Riwaka and Eclipse then adds a tantalizing blend of grapefruit, mandarin, and a hint of vanilla to the brew.
