Non-alcoholic beers are everywhere — but let’s be honest, some taste more like brown soda than beer. We weren’t having that. Our engineers spent countless hours tweaking, testing, and maybe even arguing over malt bills until we created a stout that’s actually stout-y. Dark, rich, and velvety… but safe enough for your Monday morning meeting.

How We Engineered the Flavor

Think of it as flavor tuning. We layered vanilla, tonka, and coffee, then slow-steamed raisins and cinnamon for 12 hours. (Yes, 12. We watched the clock. You’re welcome.) The Maillard reaction worked overtime, giving deep caramel and roasted notes.

Barley, rye, wheat, and hops? Of course. They keep the body full — because nobody wants a skinny stout.
