Moersleutel EUREKA: Maple Bacon Pancake Stout has officially entered the building.
Inspired by the ultimate breakfast classic, this stout is a bold, indulgent experiment that somehow manages to be both outrageous and remarkably balanced. Sweet maple syrup, smoky “bacon,” and rich pancake-like malt depth come together in a beer that tastes exactly like what it promises.

This EUREKA release was all about recreating flavor authentically — without cheap shortcuts.
Smoked Malts: Real Smoke, Real Depth
To build the bacon character, we used two different smoked malts:

These malts create a layered smoke profile that feels rich and complex, not overpowering.
