Here we have a New Zealand hops-focused DIPA, or shall we call it a NZDIPA? Funfact: New Zealand hops are usually very strong in flavor so a nice challenge for our brewers to not let it overpower our brew.
Introducing Kohatu, a hop that is also new to us, brings a sweet tropical fruit aroma, Motueka contributes crushed citrus fruit with residual sweetness that reminds us of mojitos. You know, hints of lemon, lime, and fresh herbs. The yeast, traditionally used for New England IPAs, enhances the brew with beautiful peachy aromas and a full body. Certainly a brew that welcomes any moment, elevating your mood to something more… fresh and fruity! Cheers!

Nez: Agrumes, fruits tropicaux, herbacé
Bouche: Pêche, poire, mandarine, chlorophylle, épicé
Une “NEDIPA” légèrement trouble de couleur jaune orangée avec une mousse blanche crémeuse et une carbonatation modérée.
Au nez, c’est doux avec un mélange de notes de fruits tropicaux et d’agrumes avec une pointe herbacée.
En bouche, l’attaque est sur des notes de pêche. Des notes de poire et de mandarine arrivent par la suite. Dans le final, des notes épicées avec une pointe de chlorophylle, qui apporte plus de fraîcheur, viennent se mélanger au reste pour rester longuement avec la présence d’une légère sécheresse.
Avis: Une bière, soyeuse, qui est une petite salade de fruits.
