Description
Caramel Madness: where brewing mastery meets flavor alchemy. This luscious and full barley wine is a tapestry of taste woven from six distinctive grains: barley, wheat, oats, rye, spelt, and emmer. English yeast, combined with a slightly elevated fermentation temperature, brings a delicate fruity aroma, adding a layer of complexity to the rich caramel profile. But the real magic lies in the art of triple mashing, in which the grains truly get to shine to caramel perfection. Caramel Madness is an ode to the alchemy that transforms grains into liquid gold.Â

Nez: Caramel bien cuit, fruits confits, épicé
