To recreate the bacon flavour we used two smoked malts, wheat malt smoked on oak and barley malt smoked on beechwood. Combined with vegetarian bacon flavoring, this creates a lot of flavor depth that is not your average faux bacon taste! Perfectly complemented by the maple syrup, this brew taste like the ultimate breakfast. However, we don’t recommend drinking craft beer first thing in the morning, even when it’s tempting!
