New series for 2023: Jekyll & Hyde

When brewing stouts we’re always a bit torn between two evils.
Either brew them super clean, no adjuncts but experiment with brewing techniques and a couple ingredients. A beautiful classic stout.
Or go nuts, add carefully selected adjuncts, and make it a pastry stout. We know you sweet tooth out there love them too.

For 2023 we’re doing them both.

Inspired by the classic story of dr. Jekyll & mr. Hyde from 1886, we introduce the best of both worlds.

Jekyll, being a widely respected doctor wants the best for society. Then he develops a potion that allows to separate his good and evil sides. In an attempt to keep his dark side out, he experiments with taking this potion. That has consequences he could never have foreseen.

Dr Jekyll’s beers being the non-adjunct stouts.
Mr. Hyde’s beers are those in which our brewers can live out their pastry dreams and use adjuncts.
