PRIDE – Harvest Rye IPA 7%

Inviting Yakima Chief to our anniversary party, we brewed a Harvest Rye IPA featuring Frozen Fresh Cryo hops. Simcoe and Citra intertwine with Chinook, resulting in a spicy, intense brew with a solid bitterness.

LUST – New England IPA 8%

Our Anniversary Double IPA is a special treat. A creamy and thick DIPA, we employed an English yeast strain known for its strawberry and sweet fruit aromatics. Belma and Barbe Rouge hops on the hot side, with Galaxy and more Belma during cold production, deliver a burst of strawberry and tropical fruit flavors.

WRATH – Hoppy Baltic Porter 8%

Experience the sin of Wrath with this robust and hoppy Baltic Porter. Rich chocolate and coffee notes combine with a strong lingering bitterness, creating a beer that unleashes your inner demon.

GREED – Italian Coffee Inspired Stout 11%

Indulge your greed with our apricot kernel collection resulting in an amaretto-infused coffee stout. Bitter almond flavors meld with roasted notes from coffee and our signature beers, delivering a truly delightful experience.

ENVY – Barrel Aged Sherry Style Barley Wine 12%

Embark on a complex journey with this elaborate beer. Blending a single grain barleywine aged in port wine barrels with an oxidized wine-style ale, we crafted a masterpiece. The addition of a luscious Spelt Stout rounds out the edges, creating a unique and impressive brew.

GLUTTONY – Bourbon, Scotch, Port, Madeira Wine & Rhum BA Coconut Stout 14%
