Dark Season Box: dark beer specials for stout season
The days get shorter, the beers get darker. This dark beer box bundles seven of our richest specials into one week deal at a sharp price. Stouts, a doppelbock and pastry-inspired dark beers, picked by our team for anyone who wants to explore the darker side of craft beer this month.
New: Extravagant Ultra High Alcohol Stout
The headliner of this box. Extravagant is our newest stout: dense, layered and built to be poured slowly and shared. Open it with friends, compare notes and see how it develops as it warms up in the glass.

Dark beer and food pairing
Dark beers belong at the table. Roasted malt, caramel and dried fruit pick up flavours that wine often misses. A few pairings to try:
- Stout and slow-cooked beef. Braised beef cheeks or a Flemish beef stew. Cook with a splash of stout, pour the rest alongside.
- EUREKA Doppelbock and roast pork. Malty sweetness meets pork belly, roast pork with apple or a mature Gouda.
- Raisins Soaked in Fortified Wine and blue cheese. Stilton or Roquefort against dried fruit and port-like depth. A cheese board in one move.
- Muscovado Date Walnut Muffin and dark chocolate. A 70% bar or a walnut brownie.
- Vanilla Glazed Eclair and ice cream. Pour it over vanilla ice cream for a beer float.
- Banana Bread and sticky toffee pudding. Caramel on caramel, in the best way.
- Pistachio Gelato and nutty desserts. Baklava, cannoli or a frangipane tart.
Cooking with dark beer
Keep a bottle for the kitchen. Stout in chocolate cake batter, doppelbock in French onion soup, or a stout reduction to glaze ribs. The beer adds depth you can’t get from stock alone.
Serving tips
Serve at 10–13°C in a tulip or snifter glass. These are big beers: share a bottle, take your time and let the flavours open up. Week deal, available for a limited time.
