This strong Doppelbock was brewed the traditional way: rich Munich malt, a long boil for deep caramelisation and months of cold lagering in the cellar. Our brewers pushed the boundaries by hitting 10% ABV — high for the style — and used a clean-fermenting lager yeast to preserve smooth drinkability. Expect layers of dark bread, dried fruit and a hint of chocolate, with a silky mouthfeel and warming finish. This Eureka release is our way of blending brewing heritage with precision and power.
