Promoter: Moersleutel Craft Brewery (“Moersleutel”, “we”, “us”, “our”)

1. Scope

These Promotions Terms apply to all promotional offers made by Moersleutel, including but not limited to:

• promotional codes / coupon codes;
• automatic discounts;
• limited-time promotions (including 24-hour deals);
• bundled offers and free shipping promotions.

Giveaways, raffles, and prize draws are governed by separate Prize Promotion Terms.

2. Eligibility

Promotions are only available to individuals aged 18 years or older.
We reserve the right to restrict promotions based on location or legal requirements.

3. Promotion Period

Each promotion is valid only during the specified period and while stocks last (if applicable).
Limited-time offers (including 24-hour deals) expire automatically at the stated end time.

4. Promotional Codes

Unless stated otherwise:

• Codes are valid for a limited time as specified in the promotion.
• Codes are single-use per customer/account.
• Codes are non-transferable and may not be sold or exchanged for cash.
• Codes cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
• Codes may be restricted to specific products, collections, or minimum order values.
• Codes typically exclude subscriptions, gift cards, shipping costs, taxes, and duties unless explicitly stated.

Unused portions of a code are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

5. Pricing & Discounts

Where a discount or price reduction is shown, it applies only to the specified products and period.
All promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn when stock is depleted.

6. Returns & Refunds

If an order placed using a promotion is returned:

• refunds will reflect the actual price paid after the discount;
• if a promotion required minimum spend or qualifying items, returning items may void the promotion, and refunds may be adjusted accordingly.

Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Misuse & Fraud

Promotions are for personal use only.

We reserve the right to:

• cancel or refuse orders;
• revoke promotional benefits;
• block accounts;

where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, bulk purchasing for resale, or violation of these terms.

8. Errors

We reserve the right to correct any obvious errors in pricing, promotion mechanics, or availability.
Orders affected by such errors may be cancelled and refunded.

9. Changes & Termination

We may modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time where necessary (e.g., due to technical issues, stock limitations, or misuse).

Changes take effect immediately upon publication unless stated otherwise.

10. Alcohol & Age Verification

Promotions involving alcoholic products remain subject to our age verification procedures:

• age must be confirmed at website visit;
• delivery may require valid ID (18+).

Orders may be refused if legal age requirements are not met.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Moersleutel is not liable for:

• technical issues affecting participation;
• misuse of promotional codes;
• delays or failures outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

12. Governing Terms

These Promotions Terms are supplementary to our:

• General Terms & Conditions;
• Privacy Policy.

13. Acceptance

By participating in a promotion or using a promotional code, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use the promotion.
