A stout that warms you in more ways than one. We used a purified elixir of capsaicin, the substance that gives peppers their heat,  to tune the heat just right—present and exciting, but never overpowering.

The base comes from Jamaican cacao with a dark profile: deep chocolate with notes of biscuit, dark fruit, spice, and oak. To soften the edges, we added vegan marshmallows, Mexican vanilla, and dark muscovado sugar. The result is creaminess, subtle sweetness, and extra depth that carries the chili perfectly.

A full-bodied stout where chocolate, spice and marshmallow melt into one bold treat.
