An ode to vanilla, as we see it, the fifth ingredient of beer. After tasting no less than 10 luxury vanilla varieties, we selected the 4 most interesting ones to create a unique blend. The vanilla from Costa Rica evokes images of pastries and bakeries, while that from Tahiti has surprising tones of wood, spices, and a hint of aniseed. Papua New Guinea adds a rich bourbon-like flavor with a hint of dates, and Madagascar provides a malty aftertaste.
