Description
Our IPAs are ever improving, bold, gravity-defying bursts of hop flavors, elevating the beer experience to new heights. Packed with five grains and abundant Ekuanot hops, this brew takes you on a fruity journey with lemon, lime, and orange, accompanied by herbal notes of sage and eucalyptus. Â
Introducing HBC 586 hops, a new experimental hop by Yakima John I Haas; some enthusiasts are already whispering that this experimental hop could be the new Citra. It adds layers of mango, guava, lychee, and overripe fruit flavors. To balance it a bit more we’ve used the thiolizing process which transformed this brew into an explosion of tropical fruit meeting white wine and sauvignon blanc.Â
Â
A blend of spelt, rye, wheat, oats and barley bring a full body to the beer and a touch of sweetness. The results? A super-pale beer with a murky haze, inviting you to a unique and complex sensory experience. Cheers!
