We selected and blended 5 different dried fruits. After rehydrating them, we steamed the mix for 12 hours to create a sweet syrup with flavours akin to sherry or Moscatel. Two parts apricot, two parts figs, one part peach, one part plum and one part pear.

Ingredients: water, malted barley, wheat, rye, dried fruits (Apricot, figs, peach, plum, pear), vanilla, hops, yeast.
