We chose two coffees from Keen Coffee: "Naranjo" from Peru, with warm notes of dark chocolate and caramel, and "Danilo Salazar" from Costa Rica, which adds a complex layer of sweet brown sugar and fruity lychee. Mexican vanilla and Peruvian cacao nibs tie it all together. The malt gives it a rich, nutty, cookie-like base. In short, it’s a flavor explosion. Let’s go nuts!
