Sixteen months ago, we designed an American Barleywine, together with Rootz. Part was stored away in Heaven Hill Bourbon Barrels, and another part in Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrels. Blended these gave delicious notes of red fruit and vanilla. Adding depth and luxury. Cheers!
