About The Guild Box

The Guild is a beer box membership by Moersleutel Craft Brewery. We ship new boxes every 2 months to our members. A new box always contains 14 new beers, of which exclusive beers only made for The Guild. High-rated beers like our barrel-aged Indulgence and Barcodes are pre-reserved for Guild members and we brew exclusive experimental beers for the box. Members enjoy exclusive access to our webshop area where they can shop older Guild beers.

Box Trial (one-time)

If you want to try out the Guild for just one box, you can.
You are free to cancel your membership at any time. Please note: once you’ve received our Advent Calendar as part of your Membership, you have to complete 8 months of Membership, as per the terms of the Advent upgrade. For more details on pausing or canceling, please check our FAQ.

Box Options

Our standard Guild Membership contains all our releases, all beer styles. Don’t like IPAs and rather receive only dark beers, sign up through The Guild Dark. With this choice you receive the same amount of boxes and amount of beers, but only dark releases (some double).

Any question?

If I join the Guild now, will I get the advent calendar?

Yes! Everyone that joins the Guild will receive the Advent Calendar as part of their Membership. Limited spots available. When we're sold out, this will of course be notified online. Join the Guild today!

Shipping costs

Guild Members that live in the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany enjoy free shipping.

For other countries we need to ask a little bit of shipping costs to get the package to you. This will be charged on top of the regular membership fee. See the chart below for prices per region.
The ‘per year’ shows pricing for 6 shipments.

If you live outside the EU, you may have to pay VAT, customs clearance fees, and excise duties. The costs for this vary from country to country.

How to sign up

1. First you chose your payment frequency. Monthly or per year.

2. Add the frequency of your choice to your cart and continue to checkout. Fill in your details.

3. You'll see a one-time payment of 0,01 (necessary to connect your bank details to our recurring payment system) and a recurring price.
The recurring price of your subscription will be charged at the end of the month.

4. When your registration is completed and succesfull you will receive an email. We're happy to welcome to the Guild!

Please note you can't order additional items while subscribing to the Guild. If you want to order extra beers, please do so in an additional order. Thanks!

When will I receive my first Guild Box?

We ship six times a year. You will receive your first box in the month after your first payment cycle has been completed. We collect at the 26th of the month.

So for example:

When you register in July, you will receive Guild Box at the end of August.
When you sign in in August or September, you will receive Guild Box at the end of October.

Advent fun: In the months October, November and December our Guild team is also offering to send you manual payments so you can get the earliest Box too.

Please note you then will have to pay that Box in full. After receiving that Box you will resume to your chosen payment cycle.

Shipment schedule

We engineer 6 Guild boxes a year and send them out at the end of every even month. Our current shipment planning is:

End of February
End of April
End of June
End of August
End of October
End of December*
* Instead of a Guild Box in December you will receive our Advent Calendar in November

When we start preparing the shipping labels and boxes, you will receive a notification from DHL with your track & trace code.
It may take a while before your package starts moving, because there is some time between our handling and shipping of DHL.

Payment schedule

Our current payment collection planning for Guild Members that choose to pay per month is every end of the month (around the 26th, but it can take a few days).
The Guild Box ships every two months, so two monthly payments complete one Guild Box.

Guild Exclusives deals

All Guild Members have access to get extra Guild beers and items on our website. Enjoyed one of our Indulgence barrel aged beers so much you want another bottle? Check out the Guild Exclusives!

Our Exclusive Guild beers in cans, like the EUREKA series, are first released into The Guild for Guild members to enjoy first. Any small quantity that is left will go into the Guild Exclusives and will be available for Members to repurchase. If after that there is still stock left, we will sell the rest of it in our regular shop.

To access the Guild Exclusives, simply log in using the email address you've used to sign up for the Guild. In the shop, navigate to the menu item that says ‘Guild Exclusives’ and enjoy!
