In collaboration with Belgian maltster Dingemans, we brewed a quadruple-mashed quadrupel—using no less than 1.2 kg of malt per liter of beer. Generations of malting expertise come together in this robust brew.

We used a blend of four caramel malts, with Special-B® taking the lead. Thanks to a unique double-drying process, this malt brings deep caramel flavors, raisin-like notes, and the unmistakable abbey character. Rye, oats, and wheat enhance the mouthfeel, giving the body richness and a velvety smooth texture.

The result: a powerful, ruby-red quadrupel packed with caramel, raisins, and toasted grain. Full, complex, and built to impress.
