What began as a triple-mashed IPA with rice evolved into something closer to a dry-hopped rice wine, boasting a rich, full-bodied, and rice-forward character. Yet, with 25 g/L of Mosaic hops, it blurs the line between a grain-based wine and a true TIPA.
