This CrystALE is built entirely on layers of Belgian caramel malts, stacking rich notes of raisin, caramelised sugar and toasted bread into one smooth and dangerously drinkable beer. Our trusty IPA yeast adds extra softness and lifts the fruity esters, turning all that crystal malt richness into something plush, warm and surprisingly easy to sip.
