Moersleutel on TV: Our First National Beer Commercial in the Netherlands

This one feels different.
The Moersleutel TV commercial is live.

After months of work, our very first national TV commercial is live. From today on, you’ll be seeing Moersleutel on TV across the Netherlands for the coming weeks.

Going on national television is a first for us. Not because we suddenly want to be something else — but because it felt like the right next step for what we already do.

From Galaxy to Grill

The film starts where our beers are born: in a slightly absurd, retro-futuristic beer engineering galaxy. A Moersleutel-shaped rocket. Beer engineers at work. The best beer in the universe being brewed.

And all of a sudden, you’re landing back on Earth.

A familiar Dutch setting. A BBQ with friends. The beer gets poured in the glass.

“Lekker.”

That contrast is exactly the point.

We engineer beers with extreme care and curiosity, so they can be enjoyed in the most normal moments possible. Complex beer engineering, simple enjoyment.

Turns out our beers are big enough for the screen too!

Our First National TV Campaign

This campaign will be airing on TV across the Netherlands for the coming weeks. If you spot us on screen, know that a lot of love, time and collaboration went into those few seconds on TV.

For everyone who’s been following Moersleutel for years: this one’s for you. Another small but meaningful step in the ongoing adventure that is our brewery.

Seeing Moersleutel on national television still feels surreal. What started as an experiment in beer engineering has now found its way into living rooms across the country, without losing sight of what matters most: making beers we love to drink ourselves.
