Light Ray

Zesty lime, juicy stonefruit and a touch of dank tropical hop flavor.
A rye-loaded base brings a subtle spicy bite and a smooth, slightly slick mouthfeel that keeps things interesting. Motueka, Rakau and Mosaic stack in layers of citrus, peach and tropical depth, boosted by an extra hit of aroma.
Low in ABV, big on attitude. Rye and hops high-fiving all the way through the glass.
Perfect for easy sessions and sharing with friends.

Maple Bourbon Sponge Cake

Extravagant Dolcita TIPA

A mega pastry stout packed with flavor from every direction.
Roasted almonds bring a nutty base, coffee and cacao nibs add deep mocha intensity, and tonka beans with turbinado sugar bring a warm, spiced caramel glow. Three kilos of premium vanilla from Ecuador and Uganda flood the glass with soft richness.
The first sip might be overwhelming. The second one is where the magic starts.

10y Anniversary Series No. 8 of 10

A thick Espresso Ryewine brewed with three single-origin coffees by Keen Coffee.
Danche from Ethiopia brings sweet strawberry, raspberry and peach notes. Buesaco Collective from Colombia adds blackberry, soft black tea and toffee, while Rony Herrera from Nicaragua rounds it out with raisin, mandarin and a touch of pear. Brewed with 33% rye malt for a chewy, warming body, adding a touch of cinnamon spice and soft caramel warmth. Our IPA yeast lifts the fruit notes and softens the mouthfeel, turning this bold brew into a smooth, slow-sipping dessert beer.

Dark chocolate, toasted biscuit and a hint of marmalade.
This 11% English Imperial Stout is full-bodied and rich, with warming notes of dried fruits and a flash of citrus on the finish. That brightness comes from Mandarina Bavaria hops, layered over a base of heritage malts. Chevalier and Maris Otter provide depth, smooth roast and a touch of tradition. English ale yeast ties it all together with classic character.
