Guitar – a 6% NEIPA bursting with fresh flavors of grapefruit, pine, and watermelon. This time, we worked with Moutere, the new hop from New Zealand we came to love. It’s a triploid variety of Southern Cross crossed with a wild New Zealand hop. And wild, this beer certainly is! In this NEIPA, we dialed back the other hops to let Moutere show what it’s capable of. The result? An explosion of grapefruit, pine, and juicy watermelon, like a roaring guitar on stage. New hop, new favorite – we’re fans! Cheers!

Moutere is a triploid variety of Southern Cross crossed with a wild New Zealand hop, and it brings an untamed, expressive character that lives up to its roots. To let it truly shine, we dialed back the supporting hops and gave Moutere center stage.

The result is a wild, juicy NEIPA bursting with grapefruit, pine, and watermelon — loud, fresh, and impossible to ignore. Like a roaring guitar on stage.
