Moersleutel CYCT Coupling is a double IPA with some unique ingredients. In physics, “coupling” means bringing different elements together to create something new and powerful. For this DIPA, we used the special Waimea hops from New Zealand, which give off a fresh pine forest vibe and a zesty citrus kick. Nelson Sauvin hops add notes of white wine and passion fruit, and a good dose of Citra Cryo brings an extra refreshing touch. This DIPA is fermented with the new Pomona yeast, which ties everything together with a nice tropical balance. We’ve also tweaked our malt recipe to make this hazy IPA taste even better.
