In the brewhouse we turned up the intensity by brewing with both T90 and CGX formats. Comet brings sharp grapefruit zest and citrus bite, El Dorado layers in juicy melon, sweet pineapple and candied stone fruit and Nelson Sauvin adds refined white wine and gooseberry notes for a clean complex finish.

Dual-Format Hop Intensity

To dial up hop impact while keeping everything clean and precise, we brewed this IPA using both T90 pellets and CGX cryogenic hops.

Hop Selection: Bright, Juicy & Refined

Comet – sharp grapefruit zest and bright citrus bite
El Dorado – juicy melon, sweet pineapple, and candied stone fruit
Nelson Sauvin – elegant white wine, gooseberry, and refined finish

Using CGX concentrates hop oils for bold aroma, while T90 provides structure and balance.
