Eureka Raw NEIPA, maybe this needs another name. Raw doesn’t sound so tasty? The principle is to never boil the wort, but to pasteurize it at a lower temperature. Hence “raw.” Perhaps “no boil”? The goal is to make a hazier and fuller beer, because the proteins do not denature and precipitate due to the boil.
