Go ahead, read that again… 😉 The base beer has been freeze distilled—meaning it’s been frozen to separate the water, resulting in a liquor-like beer with a higher ABV. The Scotch barrels allow a bit more oxygen through the wood, softening those smoky edges and bringing out a smooth, rounded character. Meanwhile, the Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels add that classic sweet touch, with notes of caramel and oak.
