Temperature

Our temperature system can monitor and adjust temperatures throughout the process, to ensure that the yeast is at optimal temperature for fermentation.

Tasting

Flavor is a good indicator of beer quality. That’s why we conduct regular taste tests and lab analyses to monitor the beer’s flavor, aroma, and alcohol content.

Canning

With our canning machine that checks each can for defects, you can be sure that only the highest quality beer is packaged and sold to our customers.
