Job Opening: Senior Brewer (m/f/x) at Moersleutel Craft Brewery

Your key tasks and responsibilities:
- Production Process: Independently manage the entire brewing process, from start to final production. This includes preparing malt, wort production, fermentation work, taking measurements, fine-tuning the beer, beer packaging, etc.
- Quality Control: Ensure the quality of our beers at every step with meticulous attention to detail.
- Recipe Development: Collaborate with the team to develop new flavors and improve existing recipes. Provide feedback on the technical aspects of the beer-making process.
- Maintenance: Keep the equipment clean and in top condition to maintain an optimal work environment. Experience in maintaining brewing equipment is essential.
You are our ideal candidate if you:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in a brewery or a similar role.
- Possess technical insight and are familiar with brewery processes.
- Think hands-on and are solution-oriented.
- Can independently implement process improvements.
- Work precisely, hygienically, and with a strong focus on quality.
- Collaborate effectively.
- Have an MBO4 level of thinking or higher.
