A thick Espresso Ryewine brewed with three single-origin coffees by Keen Coffee.
Danche from Ethiopia brings sweet strawberry, raspberry and peach notes. Buesaco Collective from Colombia adds blackberry, soft black tea and toffee, while Rony Herrera from Nicaragua rounds it out with raisin, mandarin and a touch of pear. Brewed with 33% rye malt for a chewy, warming body, adding a touch of cinnamon spice and soft caramel warmth. Our IPA yeast lifts the fruit notes and softens the mouthfeel, turning this bold brew into a smooth, slow-sipping dessert beer.

A 9% Triple IPA with a body you can almost chew on: thick, plush and built for hop overload.
Nectaron and Talus lead the charge with bold notes of nectarine, pineapple, coconut and pink grapefruit. Citra and Mosaic layer in even more tropical fruit and citrus brightness.
The malt base combines barley, oats, rye, wheat, rice and corn for a rich, velvety texture.

This is one of the most complex barrel-aged stouts we’ve ever made. A full-bodied finale to celebrate ten years of Moersleutel brewing.
Velvety and intense, with notes of dark fruit, cacao and gently charred oak wrapped in soft, warming spirit heat. 

A stout-led blend, enriched with wheat wine, quad and tripel to deepen the grain complexity, each aged in its own distinct barrel. 

Six barrels were selected for this festive blend: French whisky, Heaven Hill bourbon, Woodford Reserve bourbon, maple syrup ex-bourbon, Cognac and Scotch single malt. Each barrel brings a unique flavor. From spiced caramel and dried cherry to vanilla-soaked oak and smooth, lingering spirit warmth. 

This beer drinks like a dark, boozy greatest hits of ten years of barrel-aging, stitched together from all the weird and wonderful corners of our wood program.

This 14% barrel-aged stout is bold and layered, aged in Portuguese Ginja, Spanish sherry and Heaven Hill bourbon barrels for notes of wood, fruit liqueur and gentle heat. Syrupy amarena cherries deepen the flavor with rich sweetness. Cacao nibs, vanilla and tonka beans add an addictive dark chocolate, soft spice and almond-like roundness to the beer.
