Cinnamon Bun Plasterer is a tribute to one of our favorite pastries, combined with the rich flavors of our thick stouts. We’ve captured the essence of a freshly baked cinnamon bun by steaming raisins and cinnamon for a full 12 hours, intensifying their flavors. The base of this beer features a blend of barley malt, rye, and wheat for a rich and luxurious mouthfeel, enhanced with creamy vanilla and a hint of cassonade sugar. For added depth and complexity, we’ve included tonka beans and a touch of coffee. The result? A complex beer with layers of spice and sweetness, all wrapped in a velvety texture. It’s like stepping into a bakery and taking that first delicious bite of a fresh cinnamon bun—only now you can enjoy it at home, in a glass of Moersleutel beer.
